Every so often I try to find someone who is both reasonable and committed to the other side, just to see if I can establish a dialogue. I've yet to be successful.
ReplyDeleteI won't ask how you voted, partially because I know you won't say, and partially because I'd be SO disappointed if you voted for the other guys.
Even if it DID give me a candidate for the dialogue.
I can only fully agree with your every word.
ReplyDeleteWell except for the disappointed part, the only time I'm disappointed is when the people I'm surrounded by on a weekly basis become hostile and hurtful to others in their convictions during voting season - something I've experienced more than once. (and it didn't promote dialogue.)
