That's me. I'm always the last to find out or to discover. In this case though, I still had to share.
Twilight ran rampid last year, it was all the rage. I hit the tail end of that one, too; but I wasn't really interested in reading the book or seeing the movie [insert gasp here]. To date, I still haven't.
But...I really liked the processing of the images in the movie posters.
I guess I'm attracted to the gritty moodiness of the images.
What I found amazing about this series is that it was taken by a 19 year old professional named Joey Lawrence or Joey L. And his work is phenomenal!
This kid has a long and successful career ahead of him; if you haven't heard of him or seen his work, check him out on his blog or his website. He may not be your style but his talent, vision and passion for what he does can not be denied.
If you have heard of him, well I told you straight up, I'm always the last to know.
Do I want to see the movie yet? Nah, not really. I'm sure I'll get around to seeing it eventually. Unfortunately, the whole thing was just a little too hyped for me.

Oh come on, give Twilight a chance! It's fun. ;o)
You weren't the last to know. I hadn't heard about Joey L, and dang yu're right - he's GOOD! That's impressive. I'm watching him now!
My daughter bought the film, so I imagine I'll watch it one of these days.
BTW, I think perhaps you meant 'rampant', not 'rampid'. Also rampid DOES sound like a word to me!
Don't you love it when I make up new words; or should I say new spellings to old words! Once again, this is why I shouldn't blog before my morning coffee has kicked in or after midnight. (then again, if only the spell check worked consistently...)
LOL
Wow, I never knew he was the one who took the Twilight photos! And I LOVE his style...which is similar to my tastes in photography. Thanks for the info and the link! Great post!
